Established in 1950 in Leadenhall Market by Robert Ashby, Ashbys has grown into one of London's finest suppliers of quality meat, poultry and game.
Jon Ashby (the late Robert Ashbys youngest son), now heads up the business with the help of his Co-Director Marc Dennis and a team of highly-qualified and long standing employees which includes Jon's son Douglas.
Whilst Much has changed within the company, we still pride ourself on providing the same quality product and personal service since 1950.
Ashbys launched the catering butcher's arm of the company in 1990 and this is now a thriving business operating from a high tech depot in Bermondsey, South East London. |

Ashbys supply big named commercial organizations, restaurants, independent caterers as well as private individuals in the City, West End and throughout London and its suburbs.
We offer a unique service to all our customers that a well established family run business can achieve, which is individual, personal, friendly, professional and prompt.
Our fleet of liveried refrigerated delivery vans are on the road from Monday to Friday, endeavoring to make all deliveries by 11:00am however, in order to meet the needs of our broad range of customers we try, where possible, to cater for earlier or later deliveries and can offer a second delivery service when necessary.
